Total Phosphate: 68%
Sodium Hexametaphosphate (SHMP) is a hexamer of composition (NaPO3)6. It is a highly effective sequestering agent used to soften water by binding calcium and magnesium ions. Ruvon supplies premium 68% purity grade, essential for boiler water treatment, textile processing, and ceramic deflocculation.
SHMP is an inorganic polyphosphate. It acts as a chelating agent that forms soluble complexes with metal ions (Calcium, Magnesium, Iron). This prevents these metals from reacting and forming scale (insoluble deposits) in pipes and boilers. It also acts as a dispersing agent, keeping particles suspended in liquids.
Guaranteed minimum 68% phosphate content for maximum efficiency.

Scale (Lime) forms when Calcium ions meet Carbonate ions. SHMP prevents this meeting via Sequestration.
Used in industrial boilers, cooling towers, and RO plants to prevent calcium scale buildup and improve efficiency.
Super-effective Deflocculant. It reduces the viscosity of clay slurries, allowing for higher solid content with less water.
Used in scouring and bleaching to sequester hardness salts and iron, preventing stains on fabric.
Used as a preservative, emulsifier, and texture improver in dairy products, canned foods, and meat processing.
Dispersing agent for pigments (like Titanium Dioxide) in water-based paints to prevent clumping.
Enhances cleaning power by softening water, allowing surfactants to work better.
Multi-layer bags with liner. Standard export packing.
For bulk consumption in ceramic and water treatment plants.
SHMP is generally considered safe but requires standard precautions.
Premium Sodium Hexametaphosphate. High purity for effective water softening.
