150% Conc. Strength
Reactive Yellow 145 is a high-performance "Golden Yellow" dye widely used in the textile industry. It belongs to the "Bifunctional" class of dyes (MERL/HE Brand), offering superior fixation, reproducibility, and level dyeing properties on cotton and viscose rayon compared to standard vinyl sulfone dyes.
Reactive Yellow MERL (145) is designed for modern exhaust dyeing processes (60°C - 80°C). It is a key component of the "Golden Trichromy" (Yellow 145, Red 195, Blue 221), which is used to produce 80% of all tertiary shades (browns, olives, greys) in the industry due to their compatible dyeing kinetics.
Excellent all-round fastness properties, suitable for high-quality apparel.

Ordinary reactive dyes have one reactive group. Yellow 145 has Two Different Groups attached to the same molecule:
The industry standard Yellow component for creating Browns, Olives, and Earth tones.
Used for dyeing cotton knits due to its excellent leveling and wash-off properties.
High solubility and circulation properties make it ideal for Package Dyeing machines.
Used for bed linen and towels requiring high oxidative bleach resistance.
Suitable for Pad-Dry-Pad-Steam (PDPS) and Cold Pad Batch (CPB) methods.
Provides deep, golden yellow shades on regenerated cellulose fibers.
Standard packing with double liners to prevent moisture ingress.
Robust packing for export and humid storage conditions.
Reactive dyes are fine powders. Dust control is essential.
