Navy Blue / 150% Conc
Reactive Blue ME2RL is a reddish-navy blue bifunctional dye. It is the global standard for achieving dark navy shades on cotton. As a High Exhaustion (HE/ME) class dye, it offers high fixation yields and excellent compatibility with Yellow 145 and Red 195 for creating tertiary shades.
Reactive Blue 194 contains both Vinyl Sulfone (VS) and Monochlorotriazine (MCT) reactive groups. This dual reactivity allows it to bond to the fiber over a wider range of temperatures (60°C - 80°C) and makes it less sensitive to variations in salt or alkali concentration.
High concentration grade for maximum depth of shade.

In textile dyeing, you need three primary colors that react at the same speed to create uniform Browns, Greys, and Olives. This is called "Trichromy".
The primary dye for Navy Blue school uniforms and corporate wear.
High washing fastness makes it ideal for industrial workwear that is washed frequently.
Excellent solubility allows for high-concentration pad liquors in semi-continuous dyeing.
Provides high yield and brilliance on mercerized yarns and fabrics.
Used for dyeing viscose linings and apparel with good levelness.
Essential base for Dark Brown, Bottle Green, and Charcoal Grey recipes.
Standard packing with double liners to prevent moisture ingress.
Robust packing for export and humid storage conditions.
Reactive dyes are fine powders. Dust control is essential.
Premium Bifunctional Navy Blue. The standard for dark shades.
