80:20 Premium Blend
Soap Noodles are the primary raw material for manufacturing toilet soap bars. Ruvon supplies the premium 80:20 Blend (80% Palm Oil + 20% Palm Kernel/Coconut Oil). This specific ratio offers the perfect balance of hardness, cleansing power, and rich lather, making it the industry standard for high-quality bath soaps.
Soap noodles are made by saponifying vegetable oils (Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil) with Sodium Hydroxide. The resulting "noodles" are ready to be mixed with fragrances, colors, and additives, then extruded into final soap bars.
Guaranteed TFM for Grade 1 Toilet Soaps.

Soap needs to do two things: Clean (Lather) and Last Long (Hardness). One oil cannot do both perfectly.
Soap cracking often occurs if the noodle moisture drops below 11% during storage or processing.
Recommendation:
Base for premium beauty bars, moisturizing soaps, and antibacterial soaps.
Used in high-quality laundry bars (often mixed with fillers like Talc/Dolomite).

Refined noodles with lower alkalinity are used for sensitive skin formulations.
Small guest soaps require high plasticity noodles for intricate stamping/embossing.

Woven bags with inner PE liner to retain moisture content.
Bulk packing for large soap finishing lines.
