96% Concentration
Paraformaldehyde (Paraform) is the polymerized solid form of Formaldehyde with a high active content of 96%+. In the Oil & Gas sector, it is the most efficient and economical Hydrogen Sulfide ($H_2S$) Scavenger. It also acts as a potent biocide to control bacterial growth in drilling muds, preventing reservoir souring.
Ruvon supplies premium Paraformaldehyde which depolymerizes upon heating or in alkaline conditions to release Formaldehyde gas. This gas reacts instantly with sulfides. It serves as a cost-effective alternative to liquid formalin (37%) because it contains negligible water, reducing transport and storage costs by 60%.
High Purity Grade (Low Ash & Acid).

When Paraformaldehyde is added to a drilling mud containing lethal $H_2S$ gas, it breaks down into monomeric Formaldehyde.
Powder: Dissolves faster due to high surface area. Best for immediate reaction in resin manufacturing or emergency H2S spikes.
Prills (Beads): Free-flowing and less dusty. Easier to handle and store. Preferred for steady dosing in drilling operations where "Dust Explosion" risk needs to be minimized.
Removes sulfides from drilling muds, protecting workers and preventing pipe corrosion.
Reactant for Phenol-Formaldehyde, Urea-Formaldehyde, and Melamine resins (Laminates/Adhesives).
Used to fumigate poultry farms, hatcheries, and sterilize medical equipment.
Used in alkyd resins and as a hardening agent for casein and gelatin.
Raw material for Glyphosate (Herbicide), Vitamin A, and other fine chemicals.
Used as a bactericide to prevent sugar loss during juice processing.
Multi-layer bags with liner to prevent pungent smell leakage.
Bulk packing for resin plants. Palletized for safe handling.
Paraformaldehyde releases Formaldehyde, a known carcinogen.
